Ticket activation is only needed before entering the festival.
Activation of tickets will only be possible a couple of days before the event.
Activated tickets can not be transferred or resold.
1. Download the free B.A.M wallet app, and sign in with the same credentials from the B.A.M Marketplace, where you purchased the tickets.
You can download the free B.A.M wallet app from the Apple Store if you have an iPhone or from Google Play if you have an Android based smartphone:

2. Open the wallet app and activate your B.A.M wallet.
3. Open your tickets - the activation function is accessible on the ticket itself at the bottom right via the QR code/ticket button.
