If you can't make it to an event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, if the event organizer allows it.
To transfer tickets, all you and your transfer partner need is an active B.A.M Wallet.
The transfer is done directly via the B.A.M Wallet.
We have prepared a video tutorial that explains the process in detail. We recommend watching it together with your transfer partner to make sure you both understand how it works!
Attention: Activated tickets can not be transferred or resold!
