I can’t find my ticket in the wallet

If you're having trouble finding your tickets in your wallet, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot.

  • If you received an invoice or order confirmation email your tickets are secured. 
  • Please be sure you are signed in to the B.A.M Wallet App with the same credentials you ordered the ticket(s) with.
  • If you don't find your tickets in your wallet, make sure you have an active internet connection on your smartphone. Refresh the ticket screen by dragging it down.
  • If you still don't have your tickets in your wallet, please contact our support with your username and the purchase confirmation email you received.
