I have a new phone / lost my phone - transferring your wallet

Follow these steps to transfer your B.A.M wallet seamlessly from one device to another.


Backup your wallet certificate:

Open your B.A.M Wallet and go to My Profile to access your B.A.M Wallet. On the screen with your QR code, there is a Backup button. Your certificate can be stored on your phone or any cloud storage. Keep it safe, as this is your access to your tickets.


If you have a new phone: 

Backup your certificate from the old phone, then transfer it to the new phone. Finally, import it into your wallet and use it to access your tickets.


If you've lost your phone / don't have access to your certificate: 

  1. Contact our support team so we can revoke your old certificate and issue a new one for use on your new device.
  2. Install and log in to the B.A.M wallet app in your new phone and create/activate your wallet there. 
  3. (Attention: You will not be able to activate your new wallet until we have revoked your old certificate)
    The tickets will automatically be transferred to you new wallet.
