When our Ticketing Marketplace is busy due to high demand, you will automatically be added to our virtual waiting room and kept up to date with all the information you need to stay in the queue, including the wait time, the number of people ahead of you, and a progress bar.
Then, when you reach the top of the queue, the queue management system will automatically send you to our Ticketing Marketplace where you can buy your tickets.
This way, we keep waiting times as short as possible and ensure that everyone does get their tickets - no matter how busy it is.
Important:
While you are in the virtual queue, do not reload this page or press F5.
Otherwise, the process will be restarted and your waiting time will be extended again.
